Visualisation and animation services for a large luxury villa in Emirates Hills, Dubai, produced in support of Nellis Architecture. The design language is rooted in a contemporary reinterpretation of Arabic architectural tradition — textured stone facades carrying geometric patterned relief, deep-set timber louvres and laser-cut bronze screens filtering the Gulf light, and a courtyard arrangement that draws the outside in around a generous pool terrace.

V+D contributed design input to the facade treatment alongside producing the full suite of exterior visualisations and animations, working closely with the lead architect to ensure the renders captured both the material richness and the spatial quality of the scheme. A project that demonstrates V+D's capability to operate at the highest end of the residential market, and to support architect-to-architect collaborations where visualisation quality is critical to the client conversation.
