Brand evolution and interior design for the expansion of a Barcelona hospitality brand into a new all-day brunch concept, building on a long-term creative relationship with the client. The commission spanned visual identity — evolving an established brand whilst clearly signalling a new direction — through to comprehensive interior and spatial guidelines covering materials, lighting, service flow, and counter design. A first unit was designed and documented in parallel, with scanning, 3D modelling, technical drawings, and visualisations produced entirely in-house. The result is a coherent design language ready to be rolled out consistently as the brand continues to grow.
